In this role, you will own executing perfect launches for Amazon Fresh Private Brands products, provide commercialization support across multiple categories, and bring new products to market.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about products and have outstanding project management abilities. They should excel in both tactical execution and strategic thinking, as responsibilities range from executing a number of multi-step processes to influencing internal stakeholders to driving product development in partnership with our suppliers. The candidate should be adaptable, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and interested in working in a pre-scale business.

Key job responsibilities
You will help drive launch excellence of Amazon Fresh Grocery Private Brands products. Your overall goal is to optimize our product launches to drive business results. This includes:
– Owning the new product launch checklist (end-to-end, pricing submissions, launch defects, tracking PO status, etc.)
– Providing commercialization support (including working with Senior Product Managers, internal cross-functional partners, and suppliers) across multiple categories
– Bringing new products to market, from roadmap to launch
– Driving strategic product SOPs and simplification projects
A day in the life
In this role, every day is different, and you have a wide breadth of responsibilities. In the same day, you might meet with the cross-functional team to review artwork for a new product, resolve defects to drive a perfect launch, attend a supplier call to discuss an upcoming product launch, and spend some time working on a doc to recap results and learnings from the prior month’s product launches.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of product management experience
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $93,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
