The North America Stores (NA Stores) organization is seeking a full-time Space Program Manager (PM) based out of Seattle, WA. This position oversees global space planning operations for the organization and provides onsite support to the SVP, NA Stores. Ideal candidate must be customer-focused, extremely detail oriented, responsive, and able to succeed within a collaborative environment. Key job responsibilities
• Partner with Stores Space Team (SST) and Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) to understand supply/demand analysis, occupancy planning, space planning across Amazon and participate in company-wide projects and initiatives as appropriate
• Manage key relationships with business unit leads to ensure workplace operations meet business requirements. Advocate on behalf of NA Stores’ teams to enact desired changes, using data to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, People Experience Team (PXT), GREF, Design & Build, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS)
• Coordinate with Finance partners to analyze headcount data and forecast demand. Assist as needed to troubleshoot and problem-solve headcount discrepancies
• Establish, enhance, track, and report on metrics
• Negotiate best capacity stack plans taking into consideration adjacency requirements and managing trade-offs between employee experience and cost effectiveness
• Understand current Amazon internal systems capabilities and limitations, including Facilities Management (FM) Systems, Quicksight, Brady, HR Data Mart, inside.amazon.com, PeopleSoft and SIM Ticketing
• Provide training and support to space administrators within NA Stores.
• Create and maintain accurate floor maps using internal and external design systems
• Proactively monitor and update SIM Tickets ensuring updates are communicated or escalated as appropriate
• Create visibility around process gaps and communicate improvement recommendations
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within and between various project stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
– Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills and impeccable attention to detail

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
