The Cove Sales Associate is primarily responsible for communicating with prospect guests and oversees entirety of reservation process up to day of check in.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:
- Keeps guest informed of all rental rates and availability prior to booking
- Maintains thorough knowledge of the reservations system to properly process guest transactions with minimal error.
- Promptly answers calls, responds to questions and directs guests to proper areas
Your knowledge that matters most for this role:
- Two years of experience in guest service position required.
- Prior telephone and hotel sales experience preferred.
