Essential Duties
- Maintains knowledge of school age readiness program objectives and interpretation of rules, regulations, policies and procedures as they relate to the daily operations of the center.
- Coordinates with teachers in the planning, organization and direction of the best practices at the center.
- Develops policies and procedure which protect the safety of all children in the center and ensure direct supervision of children at all times throughout the day.
- Understands the Keystone Stars program and maintains the highest level of quality.
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling during the operational hours of the program.
Education and/or Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree with at least thirty credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education
- Two years for experience with children
- Two years supervisory experience
- Valid PA Driver’s License
