Job Duties and Responsibilities

This role falls in the Marketing Ops & Analytics department, which is responsible for tracking, measuring & optimizing Boost’s marketing performance. This business unit will be a growth engine for our organization’s larger retail wireless ambitions; we have high expectations for this group.

As Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing our digital marketing, local marketing & advanced analytics teams. Providing meaningful and actionable insights to leadership, the marketing team and broader Retail Wireless teams to help us drive continuous improvements to our marketing efforts. This position requires a high degree of ownership, communication, and attention to detail.

This individual will have a passion for leading great people, high quality data, defining processes & developing/maintaining our analytic infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead your team of high-performing analysts to exceed business needs
  • Set and own analytics priorities, Team OKRs, and deliverables
  • Work with business leaders to define metrics, monitor performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Work with leadership to identify growth opportunities in the business and engage in long-term strategic planning alongside practical near-term actions to deliver incremental results and build toward a preferred future state
  • Manage data strategy and analytics workflows, including driving standardization and automation in reporting
  • Analyze data and build models to provide business insights and assist leadership in making decisions
  • Champion efforts effectively across multiple teams, building strong working relationships with partners in Marketing, IT, Business Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and more.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3+ years of related experience in a relevant field such as eCommerce, Business Operations, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science
  • Strong organization, project management, problem solving, and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences
  • Experience working with SQL, tableau, web analytics software such as Adobe, Google, analytics development process, etc
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Strong data visualization and dashboarding experience
  • Solid understanding of how to convert analyzed data into effective solutions and logical, easy to consume presentations
  • Meticulous organizational skills, high attention to detail, and delivery on commitments
  • Excellent customer service, technical support, and interpersonal skills
  • Very adaptable, and able to handle multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, result-driven, time-critical environment
  • Experience managing teams
  • Past wireless and/or marketing/eCommerce experience is a plus

Salary Range

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year – $119,900.00/Year
