Job Description
Support the Corporate & External Affairs team through a variety of functions, including but not limited to:
- Coordination of El Poder En Ti (Telemundo’s community engagement brand) and Mujeres Imparables marketing and communications assets across a variety of campaigns/initiatives.
- Support with amplification and promotion of initiatives, resources, and campaigns across Telemundo El Poder En Ti’s social and digital touch points.
- Support with on-site logistics and coordination for Corporate Affairs events at Telemundo Center.
- Support with ad-hoc projects and day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf of the Corporate Affairs team, including, but not limited to, marketing premium inventory updating, meeting, and/or activation recaps, among others.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the length of the program.
- Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship by NBCUniversal.
- Must be working from within the United States during all hours worked.
- Organized, self-sufficient, creative and strategic.
- Ability to clearly and concisely brief teams or team members on project needs.
- Some graphic design experience and working knowledge are a plus.
- Social media or digital communications experience is a plus.
- Attention to detail is key.
- Third or Fourth Year college student.
- Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Desired Characteristics:
- Students with a class standing of junior or above are preferred.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
- Strong interest in the media industry.
- Commitment to building an inclusive work environment.
- Previous internship experience and on-campus involvement.
- Strong interest in and demonstrated knowledge of current affairs.
The internship hourly rate for undergrad students is $16.50 and $25.00 for MBA or master’s degree
