Overview
The Finance Associate Analyst- Process Engineer position is a member of the GBS Control organization and contributes to the success of PepsiCo, Inc. by partnering to develop and deliver automation processes and technical solutions designed to drive cash flow, improve productivity, promote standardization, enhance controls and minimize process risk.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and support of BOT development to deliver productivity metrics and cash flow improvements, including work with business team to analyze and assess automation feasibility, translating business requirements into RPA technical design document
- Partner with business to identify opportunities for “reuse” of existing bot components to drive further organizational efficiencies
- Keep current on latest in Robotic Process Automation, prioritizing personal development within existing RPA infrastructure while promoting broader awareness to emerging technologies
- Partnering with Leadership to complete in depth analysis of productivity metrics, cash flow trends and workflow trends and supporting BOT analysis and development
- Accountable for interpreting business needs and completing maintenance to support analysis
- Summarize key performance for direct Leadership to compile for Senior Management Report Out
- Research and identify key drivers associated with analysis and recommend changes as necessary
- Continuous monitoring and auditing of data to ensure data integrity standards and control requirements are being met
- Create & manage multiple competing projects while partnering with internal support functions and customers
- Develop, maintain, query, and optimize data warehouses
- Serve as business/functional expert in use of BOT automation
- Drive organizational efficiency through ideation of new automation, technology and streamlining efforts; and raising to leadership for plan to implement
- Leverage technology to support initiatives across the GBS Organization
- Facilitate and plan team projects that support A/R needs
Qualifications
- 1-2 Years’ experience in Accounts Receivable /Deductions management
- 1-2 Years’ experience with credit management, collections and dispute management
- Proficient with SAP S4/HANA reporting, data tables and general navigation
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Access, VBA
- 1-2 years’ experience on any RPA tool (UIpath, Blueprism, Open span, Automation Anywhere, Winautomation, etc.)
- Proficient with Business Objects for Reporting purposes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data
- Must be dependable as well as willing and able to adjust work schedule to meet business needs
- Schedule limitations can apply during key period reporting weeks
- Some weekend and work during holidays may be required
- Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with gathering requirements and translating them into a project plan for deliverable reporting packages
- Self-motivated & results oriented
- Works well in a team environment; open to development feedback
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of A/R processes and applications
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction and oversight
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and complete multiple concurrent projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable challenging status quo to drive improvement
- Must have an eye for detail; ability to audit data sets for reasonability
- Ability to work autonomously with frequently changing requirements and deliverables
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $57,000 – $95,300 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
