In this internship you will contribute to the development of advanced mixed signal circuits for low-power and high performance PLLs, PVT Sensors, I/O’s, and SERDES to be used in numerous products from high performance data center SoCs to low power consumer SoCs. You will join a highly collaborative team and develop you circuit design skills on advanced CMOS processes.
The internship responsibilities will be customized to candidates’ skills and experiences. Candidate should have an interest in some of the “Key Qualifications” listed, and know-how in some of them.
Key Qualifications:
- Digital and analog circuit design, implementation and verification
- Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals
- Mix signal, analog and digital circuit design in advanced Fin-FET processes
- Amplifiers and Bandgaps
- Low Dropout Regulators
- Low voltage and low jitter PLL
- LC PLL
- High Speed Clocking
- Phase interpolators
- Familiarity with Serdes architecture
- Equalization design such as CTLE, VGA, DFE
- High sensitivity and accuracy sense amplifiers
- Preferred some experience
Description:
- Circuit architecture study and evaluation across all critical design parameters
- Mixed signal circuit design of advanced Fin-FET low power Serdes, PLLs and PVT sensors

Education:
Pursuing an MS or PhD in electrical engineering with a focus on analog and mixed signal design
