Description
The CenterWell Pharmacy Digital RTE will work with portfolio, product, and engineers to optimize key RTE support and ensures we are delivering on top priorities, across business/customer value, technology advancements, and compliance/regulatory work. Completes and/or coordinates implementation of PI planning prep and execution, delivery/release readiness, and transition to the appropriate delivery plans. Supports cross-ART through cross-dependencies, capacity planning, and estimate management.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise agile Framework experience as well as a product/technology leadership background managing large, complex, cross functional digital products within a lean portfolio structure. In this position you will help lead the transition towards advancing our scaled agile model while ensuring good process and best practices are created/followed by all. Additionally, promote a culture of innovation by implementing SAFe Agile processes and principles, which include techniques to increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and velocity.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
– Serves as the digital ART conductor and Coach, leading the appropriate use of SAFe principles, facilitate ceremonies (such as PI Planning and System Demos) and leveraging tools (such as Program Kanban) to optimize the flow of value for a large, complex program
– Facilitates PI Planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration process that drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning events.
– Facilitates / Coaches the teams to identify and remediate related dependencies/barriers including taking ownership of improvement items that come from the Inspect & Adapt and Problem-Solving Workshop events
-Connects and drives collaboration between teams and System and Solution Architects and Engineering
– Orchestrates synchronized program level processes and executes across multiple, complex scrum and product teams
– Work daily with Portfolio, Product, Solution Management, Product Owners, Engineering, Testing, Delivery management and other stakeholders to help ensure execution of the PI plan is progressing.
– Holds teams accountable to maintaining focus on quality and continuous delivery of business value while generating artifacts necessary to maintain cadence and synchronization on the train
– Exercises considerable independent judgement and decision making on complex issues. Communicates well to direct leader in a remote setting when decisions, support, or escalation is needed.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years related experience including 5+ years as a Scrum Masterand/or Agile Coach on large scale, technically complex digital products.
- Mastery of the SAFe Framework as a Release Train Engineer, scrum master, other related leadership role, or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities..
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification(s): RTE
- Advanced knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodology
- Demonstrate execution through large and extremely complex value streams
- Success in working across multiple teams of stakeholders including all levels of leadership, IT Teams, Business Teams, Product Managers, Product Owners and Portfolio Managers
- Excellent communication skills, leadership/mentoring competencies, expertise in operating through influence, and high level of emotional intelligence.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
- Strong skillset in communicating and leading cross-functional teams in a remote-setting
- Mastery of Agile Lifecycle Management Tools: Azure DevOps and reporting capabilities like Power Bi, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
- Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
- Prior experience in the healthcare-driven digital product or technology solutions teams.
- Additional Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification(s):Solution Train Engineer, Lean Portfolio Management, and/or Safe Program Consultant
- Mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,300 – $158,600 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
