Sr. Finance Manager

Overview

The Sr Finance Manager role resides within PepsiCo Global Finance and is responsible for managing over $200 million of costs. This role reports into the Senior Director and is based out of our Purchase, NY HQ, coming into the office 3 to 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • This role overseas PepsiCo Corporate’s Legal and Corporate Affairs budget, which includes 40 cost centers including compensation and benefits, T&E, sector cross charges and other charges
  • Critical day to day relationship manager to Legal and Corporate Affairs functions and sector teams to ensure current, accurate information related to timing, estimations and actual costs are transparently understood by all parties and dynamically aligned.
  • Creator of story telling to be used with SVPs and VPs
  • Understanding of how costs latter up to functional objectives
  • Responsibility for financial AOP and Forecasts including submission into TM1 and coordination with key Corp FP&A associates.
  • Management of one direct report and MBS resource

Qualifications

Minimumum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 7 plus years of experience
  • Strong FP&A skills and experience of forecasting and planning cycles
  • Ability to work as a team player and work with finance and cross functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with exceptional planning and time management skills
  • Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills (focus on what matters most)
  • Previous people management experience

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $ 106,300- $177,850.
  • Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
