Summary of Position

As we continue to expand our services, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Program Manager with an emphasis on finance to join our team.

We are currently in search of a Project Manager with an emphasis on Finance to join our BEACONS (Bold Experts Advancing Clinical Outcomes and Novel Solutions) division. This role is instrumental in guiding projects and financial operations analysis within our innovative organization. The Project Manager will report directly to the Chief of Staff of the BEACONS division and will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams. By embracing this role, you will actively contribute to our mission of revolutionizing healthcare through transformative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Set delivery/completion dates of program milestones and establish a regular review cadence to report on the state and impact of your initiatives according to established goals.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to collect financial data, decipher trends, and cultivate comprehensive data-driven narratives.
  • Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns. Set-up mechanisms to audit and perform necessary course corrections where needed to meet business objectives.
  • Conduct meticulous financial analysis and risk assessment, identifying both opportunities and challenges within our financial operations.
  • Partner closely with other program/product managers, category teams, operations associates and tech leads to deliver on your roadmap
  • Drive alignment with senior leaders and key cross-functional partners
  • Highly proficient in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, BI and Powerpoint to craft executive level dashboards and visually compelling presentations of financial data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of program or project management with a strong focus on financial management and analysis.
  • Advanced understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Experience with financial modeling and proficiency in financial software/tools.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Ability to review and analyze accounting transactions in order support the review of system bugs and potential fixes
  • Familiarity with appropriated and multi-year funds management, reporting and analysis, specifically related to financial operating plans, and Optimization planning, execution and monitoring
  • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and how it relates to the budgetary planning and execution business processes
  • Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success with leading efforts in consulting, designing, and implementing budgeting applications-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • PMP, PgMP, or relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or technology industry is advantageous.

The base salary range for this position is $140,000-$170,000In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus, RSU’s, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2023. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
