Job Summary/Basic Function
Front desk coverage as needed in the department. Standard office duties including typing, filing, organizing, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate and organized records. Run errands, answer phones, greet incoming visitors, students, faculty and staff. Assist department instructors and staff as needed. Must be competent with computers.

Required Qualifications
Experience working in an office setting, good computer skills, and ability to multi-task.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an office setting, good computer skills (MS office/excel), and ability to multi-task. Ability to meet deadlines, good computer and communication skills, ability to prioritize and good organization skills are essential. Work-study Student preferred, but not required.
