Subscribe & Save (SnS) is the world’s largest physical subscription program with hundreds of millions of subscriptions WW. We are seeking a Sr. PMT who is passionate about building technical products to lead SnS’s selection management and supply chain systems across 14 marketplaces.
In this role, the Sr. PMT will be responsible for owning the product roadmap for a two-pizza tech team responsible for management of eligibility and configuration of offers enrolled in the SnS program. Additionally, the Sr. PMT will work with partner teams in Product Replenishment, Delivery Experience, and Supply Chain Optimization Technologies to further optimize SnS’s supply chain to deliver a magical subscriber experience and fuel the Amazon flywheel. SnS and Amazon-wide initiatives require SnS to develop product vision and strategy to adjust SnS’s systems to a changing Amazon landscape. This individual will be responsible for developing that vision and creating buy-in with internal and external partners. They will own end-to-end development of new features. The scope of which extends to leveraging best in-class data processing and machine learning technologies to build features influencing multiple SnS systems, partner team systems, and Amazon’s Selling Partners to drive the right actions for Amazon customers. This role provides the opportunity to manage an existing high impact business while also delivering long-term strategic product and technical improvements.
This role will be a great fit for a candidate who can both think big and dive into the details to execute a customer obsessed strategy. Successful candidates will have a track record of delivering technology products through strong product management and analytical skills, in addition to the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Bachelor’s degree
– Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
– Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
– Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
– Experience managing technical products or online services
– Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
