Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers critical applications for hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world. The Training and Certification team aims to train 100+ million learners to use the AWS Cloud. We will get there by providing world class training services, designed and built with customers in mind.
To achieve this goal, we need exceptionally talented and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial product manager to join the AWS Training and Certification team. In this role, you will be the voice of the customer and be responsible for driving the product strategy and roadmap to enable individuals and businesses to find, register for, and consume AWS Training. You will define and build key services to support the growth and evolution of our training business. You will work closely with internal teams to meet the needs of a complex set of customers and stakeholders, both internal (including Sales, Business Development, Curriculum Development, Instructors) and external (including AWS customer companies, Partners, individual learners).
This position requires high judgment and an ability to balance customer experience with operational efficiency. You will look around corners to anticipate the way professional training is evolving as customer needs change and new technologies are adopted. You will use sound judgment to identify, analyze, and prioritize features by determining customer and business value, develop business cases, and prototyping solutions. You will be eager to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Amazon’s culture of inclusion is reinforced within our 14 Leadership Principles, which remind team members to seek diverse perspectives, learn and be curious, and earn trust.
Mentorship & Career Growth
We’re committed to the growth and development of every member of AWS, and that includes our development managers. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the culture and direction of the entire Training & Certification org and deliver site-wide initiatives that will improve the life of all of our teams.
