JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assessing, coordinating and documenting the organization’s compliance and risk posture as they relate to the enterprise financial system and related internal control processes. This role involves evaluating, coordinating, testing, quality assurance, and risk analysis activities.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
- Working knowledge of key business and financial processes including procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of segregation of duties, change management and internal control concepts.
- Knowledge of OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), Oracle analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with Oracle Risk Management, Fast Path, or related applications.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES

Depending on assigned area of responsibility, incumbents in the position may perform one or more of the activities described below:
- Administer and monitor business rules, controls, and reporting related to the Risk Management module in Oracle SaaS and/or other related tools.
- Coordinate compliance reporting and management actions relative to segregation of duties, change management, and transaction exception controls.
- Coordinate and monitor the effectiveness of established internal controls within the financial system and associated processes.
- Execute governance activities including metrics gathering and reporting and perform recurring internal assessment activities.
- Evaluate compliance with organization policies and procedures, including but not limited to code of ethics and standards of conduct, contractual obligations and governmental regulations, etc.
- Assist with proactive risk reviews to identify opportunities for controls enhancements or continuous improvements.
- Compile and monitor external, internal and regulatory audit findings, associated controls and coordinate follow-up testing of corrective measures.
- Participate on project teams, facilitate projects, complete tasks and manage responsibilities as assigned. These assignments and responsibilities may be confidential and time sensitive and thus must be managed accordingly.
- Maintain a database of knowledge and interact with business and external stakeholders to perform assessments and identify risk.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation and presentations.
- Communicate and document process changes, enhancements, and modifications – verbally and through written documentation – to management, peers, staff, and other employees.
- May assist in the development of training materials and training plans to support new processes and system enhancements.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to meet the job-specific competencies noted above.
Preference may be given based on level of experience in IT, risk management, accounting, Oracle SaaS, Fastpath or comparable applications and processes.

STARTING SALARY:$32.38 hourly/ $67,357 annually *Starting salary commensurate with experience*
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is sedentary and requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects; may also require crouching, manual dexterity, hearing, kneeling, lifting, reaching, repetitive motion, speaking, standing, stooping, talking, visual acuity, and walking.
