Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 DOE
What you’ll do:
As the Credit Controller, you will be a key member of our finance team, responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining financial plans, overseeing financial reporting, developing financial strategies, and providing financial advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the chart of accounts
- Maintain an orderly account filing system
- Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions.
- Calculate and issue financial and operating metrics.
- Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors annually.
- Monitor debt levels and compliance.
- Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax fillings.
- Ensure proper flow of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Manager company profit sharing plan.
- Provide financial analyses as need; specifically for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
- Ensure bank reconciliations are completed on a periodic basis.
- Manager parts department including ordering, maintenance and delivering of parts to vendors and customers.
- Issue timely and complete financial statements.
- Conduct annual budget and forecast and review quarterly.
- Provide of a system of management cost reports.
- Process all payments to Europe (foreign exchange).
- Conduct variance analyses and alert management of any significant issues.
- Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.
- Coordinate and prepare company annual report.
What you need to be successful in the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration required, master’s preferred.
- 10+ years Finance/Accounting experience
- Knowledge of MS Office required; Salesforce, SAP, and Quickbooks.

Overview:
- Type of employment: Full time – Exempt
- Workplace type: Hybrid, Irvine, CA (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
- Ability to travel up to 15% of time.
