About the team
The CTO Fusion Operations Analytics team, operating like an in-house consulting unit, supports a wide spectrum of projects across CTO Fusion through information, measures, and process transformation. Our mission is to help connect strategy with execution, by providing management advisory and analytics support for Fusion Operations, large CTO and Cross-EA programs. Our team provides expertise in two analytics functions: business and data. You will report to the senior manager of the Fusion Operations Analytics team on the business side.
As a member of Fusion Operations Analytics Team, you will:
- Participate in a diverse range of assignments, from operational to strategic, in response to current or future needs:
- Lead several business analytics efforts to improve decision-making for the leadership team
- Investigate and unpack business and technical challenges that we are facing
- Provide guidance on the appropriate metrics/KPIs to measure business impact and effectiveness of the program/solution
- Contribute to process transformation and optimization effort
- Organize and lead information gathering sessions to capture workflow processes, user stories, data, pain points and feedback from internal partners
- Consolidate your investigation and recommendations into well-written and cohesive presentations for senior leadership (PowerPoint)
- Work with our partners including: operations, technology and development teams, finance, QA, talent acquisition, people experience, legal, first parties, vendors…
- Manage partners’ expectations, your own timelines and deliverables throughout a project life cycle
Who You are:
- Result-oriented person with minimum of 10 years of professional experience performing all aspects of management advisory activities and enterprise level analysis (this is NOT a business systems analyst or data analyst position)
- Succeed in navigating ambiguity and establish structure and coherence to business problems
- Proficient in creating and giving presentations to a wide audience, especially to senior management (VP level)
- Effective to meet evolving deadlines because of changing priorities
- Inquisitive to go beyond the surface level, learn new concepts and explore creative solutions
- Proficient in applying different business analysis techniques to your projects
- Collaborative in working with team members from a diverse set of backgrounds
- Motivated when problem solving and thinking creatively
- Comfortable working as part of an international team that spans across multiple time zones
The following would be considered an asset for this role:
- Previous working experience in a consulting-like environment or advisory role is preferable
- Advisory experience in operations assessment, technology evaluation and roadmap development
- Domain experience in creating reports and dashboards using data visualization software packages (eg. Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Prior experience in managing team and full cycle talent management
Domestic and international travel may be required.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
° $149,150 – $233,500
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
° $136,000 – $233,500
• Jersey City, NJ:
° $171,100 – $233,500
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
° $136,000 – $190,850
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
° $136,000 – $218,900
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
