A national product liability legal firm that specializes in automotive and ATV wheels, warranty litigation and defense work is seeking a solutions-oriented Office Administrator to join their team in Phoenix, AZ! As an Office Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing various aspects of office operations, including recruitment, HR, facilities management, and more. This role is ideally suited for a professional with at least 5 years of administrative or business leadership experience in a law office. Pay Range: $100,000 – $125,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with department directors, the CEO, and other administrators to ensure seamless office functioning
- Oversee payroll approval for support staff and manage employee relations
- Coordinate performance management and evaluations
- Review budgets, purchasing, and invoice processing
- Facilitate monthly office team meetings and coordinate entertainment events
- Implement the firm’s policies and procedures
- Stay informed about local issues and events, ensuring compliance and safety
- Provide consistent communication to local Managing and Co-Managing Partners
- Occasionally travel to provide on-site support across the firm (rarely)
Requirements:
- 5 years of leadership experience at a law firm, including Office Management responsibilities such as team management, facilities management, and recruiting
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with a document management system
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or HR, OR 5-10 years of leadership experience in a law firm
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and strong problem solving skills
