In the rapidly growing NAND Flash space amid the era of big data, this is an exciting time to be at SK hynix NAND America – come join our NAND Design Team as a Sr. Staff/Staff Engineer and work on one of the most advanced 3D NAND technology portfolios in the world. SK hynix NAND America is the organization of Design, PE, Cell-Media integration, Pathfinding teams for developing advanced 3D NAND products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Designing and developing Logic and full-chip operation in 3D NAND Flash memory products
- RTL logic design and Firmware to implement NAND Flash logic design.
- Design and Develop optimized algorithm to meet performance and area.
- Particpate for the Logic synthesis. Floor-planning, static timing analysis
- Silicon debugging of logic functions and performance working with product engineers and SSD interface engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
- NAND Design experience is a plus
- Hands-on experience in RTL design, logic design flow
- Verilog, System Verilog expertise in UVM environment
- Understanding of any programming and scripting languages
Benefits:
- The base salary range for this full-time position is : $126,000 ~ $168,000
- Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
