Threlkel botanicals is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a High-End Floral Designer and Interior Plant Maintenance Project Manager. Requirements
Responsibilities:
– Create exquisite floral designs for high-end events, corporate spaces and residential clients.
– Develop and execute innovative floral concepts that align with client preferences and event themes.
– Oversee the installation and setup of floral arrangements, ensuring utmost attention to detail and quality.
– Manage a team of floral designers and support staff, providing guidance and leadership
– Maintain and care for a diverse range of interior plants, including selection, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and pest control (if applicable)
– Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and provide personalized recommendations for floral designs and plant installations.
– Conduct regular site visits to assess plant health, address maintenance needs, and make necessary adjustments.
– Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of high-quality floral materials and plant procurement.
– Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple floral and plant maintenance projects simultaneously.
– Stay up to date with industry trends, new floral design techniques, and advancements in interior plant maintenance practices.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a High-End Floral Designer and Interior Plant Maintenance Project Manager.
– Extensive knowledge of various types of interior plants, their care requirements, and best practices for maintenance.
– Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
– Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and suppliers.
– Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
– Proficiency in floral design techniques and tools, including knowledge of seasonal flowers and arrangements.
– Familiarity with budgeting, cost estimation, and resource allocation for projects.
