What will you do
Key Responsibilities-
The Global Segment Program & Portfolio Director is a newly created position in the Global Operations team and is responsible for leading and delivering business critical programs/projects within or across the supply chain operating segments (Self Care, Essentials, Skin Health) in direct support of Kenvue’s Operating Plan, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). The successful candidate for position will have opportunity to shape the role as well as lead the development and integration of new processes within the Kenvue E2E Operation’s Team and organization.
• Responsibilities
- Concurrently lead and deliver multiple highly complex, global, multi-segment and/or sensitive programs and projects with a large degree of autonomy. Types of projects may include new product introductions, product updates, supply chain or business process improvements.
- Provide overall program/project delivery management to specific high priority, global and multi-regional, interdependent initiatives including business case development, schedule/scope/cost management, communications, resource management, alternatives analyses, project integration, critical path / proactive risk management and sub-team management. Ensure excellence in project execution through implementation and modeling of industry standard processes and global project management capabilities. and leadership
- Ensure that key program/project objectives are aligned to Kenvue’s OKRs and then realized to the expectations of stakeholders and sponsors. Apply process and result metrics throughout the duration of all programs and projects.
- Lead overall multi location teams and activities to deliver program and project objectives in a compliant and reliable manner. Coordinate team meetings and minutes; understand & track critical milestones; establish contingency & acceleration plans; facilitate team decisions and issue resolution; establish and implement risk management plan. Support team members by eliminating execution barriers, raising issues as appropriate and engaging ultimate decision makers as quickly as possible.
- Maintain accurate information and data supporting project and portfolio tracking and reporting to ensure appropriate visibility at all organizational levels.
- Communicate openly and effectively up to C-suite level. Proactively identify and communicate risks and issues, lead development and delivery of mitigation and contingency plans.
- Establishes new processes and ways of working and embeds them into the business operating model.
What we are looking for
• Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 15 + years of business/work experience is required
- 8 + years of project or program management experience, with proven success in management of large, global, complex, highly interrelated programs / projects with multi-location teams is required.
- Strong business and financial competence, with an understanding of financial principles and project evaluation methods, and how to use this knowledge to make recommendations to achieve business goals is required.
- Excellent communicator, verbally, in writing and through presentations, reports and dashboards, with ability to distill complex issues and risks into succinct comprehensible analysis and recommendations for senior leaders is required.
- Successfully interact across all levels of the organization, lead discussions without line authority, and create alignment across senior cross-functional partners as needed is required.
- Proven track record of inspiring and delivering results through others with trust and empowerment, constructively challenging cross-functional partners enhance collective success is required.
- Thrive with ambiguity and can act as a change agent, adapting quickly to changing business dynamics, solving with courage to shape and build new ways of working is required.
- Proven ability to interact with all levels of management and lead discussions without line authority to build alignment of senior cross-functional partners is required.
- 10% travel as per needs of the business is required.
• Desired Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or MBA or other advanced degree
- PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certification
- Experience working in Consumer Goods or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in Process Excellence / 6 Sigma methodologies

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.
