Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented HR Wellness Coordinator and Brand Ambassador to join our team and help us attract, engage, and retain top talent while promoting our company’s brand and culture. The position reports to the Director of Recruiting and Talent Management and helps shape the future of Nelson-Jameson by being a critical player in executing the company’s employee experience marketing plan as well as our Health and Wellness program. You will develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, optimize our brand presence, and create engaging content that reflects our company values. You will also explore, create, and promote healthy lifestyle and overall wellness opportunities for Nelson-Jameson employees.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Execute branding strategy that aligns with Nelson-Jameson’s values and culture.
- Create and maintain a consistent and compelling brand message across all communication channels.
- Generate informative content, including email communications, videos, and graphics, to showcase our workplace and employee experiences.
- Work closely with the Director of Recruiting and Talent Management to explore, create, and promote opportunities encouraging overall wellness of all employees.
- Develop and implement company-wide wellness opportunities including a health & wellness events/offerings calendar, employee wellness-related resources, events and opportunities to actively engage in positive health practices, and opportunities for employees to increase use of the on-site fitness space.
- Work closely with the Director of Event Marketing to develop creative event concepts for company events that align with the company’s brand and message.
- Create promotional materials, invitations, and registration forms for company and community events.
- Schedule and coordinate volunteer schedules and ensure adequate coverage for community and company events.
- Leverage social media platforms, job boards, and industry-specific channels to promote job openings.
- Leverage Nelson-Jameson internal communication channels to promote wellness offerings.

Required Education and Experience:
- Post-secondary education in Health & Wellness Promotion, Marketing or related fields.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Wellness, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- Education, training, or work related experience in health education, health promotion, or prevention of health conditions in current health topic areas.
- Proven experience in HR marketing, employer branding, or recruitment marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite / Canva and Microsoft Office.

Work Week:
Hours: 40 Days: Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000
