As a Provider Field Representative – Ridgeland, MS – Hybrid at Gainwell, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve – a community’s most vulnerable. Your role in our mission
- Provide on-site training for all newly enrolled providers and as-needed refresher training of providers.
- Assist providers in resolving claim-processing issues.
- Educate providers on system changes, claims submission, Medicaid policy.
- Conduct provider site visits
- Participate in the identification, documentation, analysis and validation of basic business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
- Work with Area Medicaid Offices to implement Medicaid billing/policy changes.
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, provider relations, and claims processing.
- Knowledge and understanding of Medicaid, claims processes and data capturing.
- Proficiency in creating presentations, training documents, reports, and analytical graphs.
- Training/teaching onsite or remotely (webinar or similar tools)
- Ability and willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays (approx. 50% within territory).

The pay range for this position is $42,100.00 – $60,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
