Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, self-directed senior marketer to lead the Executive Audiences marketing strategy in the US, Canada and Latin America. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role to expand one of the most important audience personas across the AMER GEO.
The Sr. Marketing Manager, Executive Audiences is responsible for helping to build and execute the strategy for growing and engaging with the executive audiences across AMER. This role will work closely with AMER Field Marketing, Sales and Global Marketing to deliver world-class programs that resonate with executive audiences and provide innovative solutions to engage this audience. This role is responsible for influencing cross-functional teams to build the scale campaigns and programs needed to reach and influence the AMER executive audiences across Enterprise, ISV and DNB segments.
The goals of this role include educating and driving engagement with executive customers on AWS, generating high quality leads, building deeper customer relationships and growing usage of AWS solutions. The right candidate will understand the executive audiences’ personas within Enterprise, ISV and DNB accounts, and be able design an engagement strategy that includes multiple touchpoints across marketing programs. The person in this role works collaboratively with marketing leadership and sales leadership to design executive marketing initiatives, measure and report out on program effectiveness, and use data to make the right pivots in the strategy and plan. The ideal candidate will have a results-driven mindset, creative ideas, and a scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit.
Key job responsibilities
• Help execute the AMER executive audience marketing strategy that is aligned to AWS’s sales and marketing goals for the Enterprise, ISV and DNB segments in AMER.
• Serve as the single threaded marketing leader for sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams as it relates to the Executive audience vision and strategy for these growing segments.
• Align and influence Global Marketing stakeholders on AMER executive audience priorities and business needs.
• Align with AMER marketing leads across Segments, Area, ABM, Partner, Campaigns, Digital and Events teams
• Coordinate and manage execution of scalable programs including activities such as persona-based demand generation and nurture, high touch Executive events, 3P sponsorships, content syndication, and webinars.
• Identify and set up new mechanisms for gathering market and customer data and insights to inform business direction.
• Work across marketing and sales to prioritize the executive persona and curate compelling content and messaging in partnership with global marketing.
• Create executive marketing campaigns and program strategy that effectively engages and resonates with new and existing executive customers across Enterprise, ISV and DNB.
• Build scalable, repeatable marketing programs that have broad, but targeted reach.
• Continually experiment and introduce new approaches to marketing to that engage executive customers and prospects in innovative ways.
• Evaluate and optimize iteratively based on business priorities and customer behavior and needs.
• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
– Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
– Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
