Are you passionate about streamlining business operations and maximizing efficiency through process automation? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Automation Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the charge in harnessing automation technology to enhance our processes through Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or Business Process Management (BPM) solutioning. Your responsibilities will encompass the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and intake management to UAT coordination and end user training. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of automation solutions, driving innovation, and ultimately, delivering exceptional value to our organization. As a project manager, you will…
- Requirements and Prioritization: Gather and document requirements for process automation solutions, manage intake, and prioritize projects based on business needs and ROI potential.
- Solution Oversight: Review potential automation solutions, provide recommendations, and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including UAT coordination and user story creation.
- End User Engagement: Plan and deliver end user training, ensuring successful adoption of automated processes, while consistently measuring and reporting on the impact of automation initiatives.
We’d love to hear from people with:
- 2+ years project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, procurement, human resources and communications
- 3 yrs managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects.
- 2+ yrs building and mentoring teams
