About The Role

The Transportation and Logistics Team is responsible for connecting and managing Veho’s network across the country. We work closely with our Client and Veho Ground Operations teams, overseeing all package movement up until the final mile delivery to customers’ homes.

The Regional Transportation Coordinator will play a key role in the expansion of the Transportation & Logistics organization, as well as Veho’s delivery coverage overall.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team.

Anticipated Schedule:

Monday- Friday 5 PM- 2 AM, may include nights and possible weekends

Responsibilities Include:

    • Availability to work: Monday- Friday 5 PM – 2 AM with possible weekends
    • Support the day-to-day transportation operation
    • Driver and truck planning and scheduling
    • Safety and compliance- Auditing BOL submissions and vehicle and driver records
    • ELD support (Samsara)
    • Operate as main point of contact for insourced drivers
    • Liaison between transportation and ground operations

What You Bring:

    • 1+ years of work experience or equivalent experience
    • Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
    • TMS software knowledge
    • Human-Centric
    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable shifting priorities based on new insights and business needs
    • Is detail-oriented and an excellent verbal and written communicator
    • Is excited to wear whatever hat is needed to solve a problem
    • Loves to explore and experiment to find the best solutions
    • Is a self-starter and has the desire to learn and grow
    • Collaborates effectively with other teams and functions

$50,000 – $55,000 a year

The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, experience, and skills. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
