Position Summary:
The E-Commerce Supervisor is responsible for maximizing sales and revenue generated by the sale of donated goods via online marketplaces. This position oversees E-Commerce operations to ensure appropriate product selection, the accurate presentation and listing of products for sale online, and the accurate packaging and shipment of product to our customers.

- Production & Operations:Achieves budgeted sales through appropriate product selection, online presentation, and production management.
- Customer Service:Provides high-quality customer service to internal and external customers
- Talent Management:Coaches, trains and develops employees by providing clear direction and challenging goals
- Services and Programs:Ensures continued community involvement and education around Goodwill-Easter Seals
- Safety and Security: Follows and holds employees accountable for adhering to loss prevention and safety procedures and
initiatives
Job Pay & Perks:
- Typical starting pay range: $19.00 – $25.00
- Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, and we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount.
- Work-life balance: Monday – Thursday 11:30am to 8:00pm and Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Also, there may be some rotating weekend shifts. All major holidays off!

Prior Experience & Education:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree in a related field
