Document Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Document Coordinator to join their team. This person will be assigned a specific work-group to assist the operations of gas construction for a utility company.
– Primary role supporting processes and procedures to effectively assist the project team with data management, document retention, and workflow processes.
– Defining file naming conventions, quality checking documents, SharePoint administration/ support, and workflow management.
– Support various reporting requirements.
– Creating and tracking jobs through Procore through all stages of construction from initiation through completion.
– Notetaking and Outlining
– Supporting the team in collaborative, fast paced environment with other project control functions as needed.

* Must be ok with going onsite at worksite location 3 days/week.

Required Skills & Experience
– Proficient with Excel, able to do pivot formulas, v- lookups and able to be trained
– Ability to read maps
– Strong communication skills and attention to detail
– Minimum HS Diploma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
– Document management experience
– GIS experience
– Utility/construction experience (reading and understanding designs at various stages).
– AutoCAD experience
– Developing process flows
– Scheduling experience
– SharePoint
