This person will be responsible for delivering Microsoft O365 Cloud Identity Support for Enterprise Level Premier customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years experience with Exchange or Office 365 (Exchange Online, Cloud Identity, or Security & Compliance) or Azure Identity. This candidate should possess a solid working knowledge of Enterprise Messaging Administrative concepts and Identity (client authentication, Identity Authorization and Authentication experience, Identity Synchronization Technologies (Dirsync, AAD Connect, FIMetc), Identity and Access Management, Office 365 Identity Management.

1. Experience in technical support , 1-2 years
2. Identity Authentication support or Networking support , 1-2 years
3. Demonstrated technical competence with Microsoft BackOffice Technologies., 1-2 years
