An employer in the Houston, TX area is seeking an Endur Operations Lead to Joining their trading, supply and distribution team. This team is currently responsible for the development and maitenance of the enterprise organization’s Endur environment. The Operations lead will be responsible for Production Support of Endur and team management. On a daily basis, this person will be managing and directing support tickets and incidents, understanding varying business objectives and complexities as they relate to Endur, working closely with stakeholders and business leaders to support technical work operationally, and tracking and documentation of varying changes. This person will be directly managing teams of 2-4 staff but will also be interacting closely with other technical teams on a daily basis. It is important that this person has the ability to identify individual strengths and weaknesses, delegate tasks, hold staff accountable and ensure the overall health of the system and business are being taken care of.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years experience in App Support, Business Analyst, PM, Scrum Master roles
5+ years experience in the energy trading space supporting Endur ETRM
Experience with functional solutioning around ETRM support including experience with design, planning, implementations, and change management
Experience utilizing ADO for delivery and deployment
Bachelor’s degree in related field

AWS experience
Prior hands-on experience with SQL server, API Design, and Security
