Lead, plan, coordinate, and manage all logistical, vendor, facility, budget, and contract arrangements for various sized local and off-site business meetings, conferences, and trade shows, as well as national and international incentive trips/meetings. Perform all related activities to ensure the event is successful and upholds the professional standards of the Company.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Base Salary: Minimum: $72,000 MidPoint: $93,085 Maximum: $114,170, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
- Regular associates working 40 hours a week can earn up to 15 days of vacation each year.
- Regular associates receive 9 paid holidays in 2023.
- Regular associates are provided sick leave through the use of personal time. Associates working 40 hours a week can receive up to 56 hours of personal time in 2023, prorated based on the start date.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee domestic and international conference logistics, encompassing budgeting, negotiations, communications, and transportation arrangements.Contribute to the development of conference themes, programs, websites, and various event elements like awards, entertainment, and A/V equipment.
- Demonstrate quick decision-making abilities in situations lacking predefined procedures, while maintaining strict confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of discussed meeting topics.
- Efficiently manage multiple meetings and projects simultaneously, ensuring high client satisfaction and effective communication with executives and senior management, that will incorporate execution of incentive trips/meetings aligned with company’s strategic goals, recognizing attendee achievements.
- Supervise on-site activities, manage hotel personnel/vendors, and coordinate services during events.
- Develop, analyze, and act on meeting and incentive trip surveys for continuous improvement.
- Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to uphold high standards and align with company values.
- Handle budget management, including development, tracking, reconciliation, and cost reduction strategies. Maintain effective customer relations with both internal and external partners.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, pitching creative ideas and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
