As an Energy and Power Cross Market Solutions Champion, you will be responsible for enabling top line growth across Jacobs, with a focus on Energy and Power solutions within the federal market. You’ll represent Energy and Power in a positive, caring, solutions-delivery approach by engaging the federal market to help accomplish the energy related goals of our clients. You will help build a bridge between the expertise within Energy and Power and the federal market to deliver a One Jacobs solution for our clients.

• Representing Energy & Power to our clients and the rest of Jacobs in a positive, caring, solutions-delivery approach by engaging the broader firm
• Primary point of contact for operations connectivity with E&P support for federal market.
• Secondary point of contact after Client Growth Manager for sales pursuits within federal market.
• Understand current E&P capabilities to streamline engagement of staff into pursuits/projects.
• Assist MOP’s and PM’s with cross market portfolio relationship management and project engagement within federal market.
• Internally market E&P to North American federal market leaders.
• Support federal projects as a technical or management leader.
• Bring awareness of North American federal market trends to leadership as it relates to Energy & Power.
• 50% of time will be spent on championing Energy & Power to federal market.
• 50% of time will be spent delivering projects within the federal market.

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $209,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Progressive experience in engineering and/or related disciplines associated with the federal market
  • Broad existing contacts and strong relationships within federal market sector
  • Fundamental understanding of the energy transition challenges and needs of our clients within federal market
  • Strong communication ability with internal and external stakeholders

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Progressive experience in engineering and/or related disciplines associated with the energy and power market
  • Experience supporting proposal development
  • Experience leading projects
