Job Description
Your Impact
- Own the product area of Real User Monitoring and provide analytics to monitor Digital Experience in Prisma Access
- Build RUM from inception to launch and provide deep insights into Internet and user experience trends by monitoring the core web vitals – Work with UX to create impactful visuals of user experience
- Collaborate with engineering, product management leadership, and support field teams to drive successful product release and adoption
- Collaborate with product marketing to support the creation of customer-driven messaging and content
- Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs
- A passion for the customer journey, user experience, usability, and a knack for simplicity are critical in this role
Qualifications
Your Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager in one of the following domains is preferred – RUM, Observability, DEM, APM,
- Experience building data-rich products, incorporating data visualizations
- Deliver high-quality work in an agile, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with networking – Experience with Cloud security will be an added advantage
- Track record creating products from concept to market success
- Strong focus on end-user experience and data visualization tools and technologies
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) – must be able to communicate at a business and technical level with internal teams, customers, partners, and executives

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $142,000/yr to $229,700/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
