Ring’s Go to Market (GTM) team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Marketing Lead to join our organization to own the product and services strategy.

Our cross-functional remit is to set the global vision, positioning, and plan for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs and Core programs across Hardware, Software and Services; supporting the functional and regional teams to execute within their areas of expertise.

This is a pivotal role that offers the chance to shape the category and directly impact business through product launches and brand growth. Key job responsibilities

You, as one of most visible leaders at Ring, will be asked to:
• Build, lead and coach a team of product marketers.
• Define and own product vision, positioning, and value propositions, then turn it into a world class customer experience in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Define, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including: audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch strategy.
• Represent the product and business by clearly articulating and enabling the value of our offering in pitch materials, sales teams, and external partners.
• Partner closely with our Insights, Category, User Research and Product teams to understand consumer needs and the broader competitive landscape.
• Creative problem solver that can generate innovative marketing ideas and lead cross-functional teams to drive execution.
• Results-driven, with a passion for using data to solve business problems, drive product innovation, and advance our brand narrative.
• Create impactful launch, lifecycle, and product end of life strategies.
• Effectively gather, assesses and synthesize market, competitive and customer data, identifying customer needs and trends to inform product strategy.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

– 12+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

– Experience managing teams

– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

– Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

– Demonstrated success leading through influence, building engagement, and partnering across organizations at the highest level

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

– Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
