Pay Range: $30-$40/hr DOE
Remote: Open to Talent throughout the United States

Our leading communications Tech client is hiring a Junior URX . This position will contribute to our rolling research program, support more senior researchers and cross-functional stakeholders with research projects as well as smaller administrative tasks for the team which can include: note-taking, repository management, participant screening & scheduling, etc. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about growing in the field of UX research.
Job Duties
- Design and execute research projects
- Support the rolling research program
- Build research capabilities in those around you, up-leveling customer obsession
- Assist other researchers with studies and recruitment
Requirements:

- 1+ years experience in user research or experience designing research and strategy for software products
- Some experience designing, planning, and scoping research projects; executing studies from start to finish; analyzing and synthesizing findings; generating insights; and sharing findings, insights, and recommendations with stakeholders
- A strong design-thinking mindset and familiarity with the product development process
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and turn them into insights
- Strong storytelling and influence skills
Desired:
- Experience conducting research remotely
- Experience writing screeners, recruiting and scheduling participants
- Some experience using digital whiteboarding tools & remote research tools
- Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional product teams to uncover insights
- Conducted research with users of technical audience (developers, data scientists, etc
