Insight Globals Engineering Consulting client is searching for a Project Manager who will sit local to the Jacksonville, FL office. This individual will help coordinate and communicate with other engineering staff, city municipalities, and private and commercial land development clients. They will manage projects for consistency with established processes, schedules, budgets, design criteria, standards, and specifications to ensure projects are on-time and on-budget. They will be in an elevated role, and will hold some responsibilities for leading, mentoring and developing junior staff members, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff. They will be working closely with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the NE Florida market, while developing and managing client relationships in the Residential and Commercial markets. Required Skills & Experience
– 10+ years of Land Development design or construction management in the NE Florida market
o Strong local network (relationships and contacts with residential/commercial developers, architects, municipal staff, other regulatory agencies, etc.)
– AutoCAD and Civil3D experience
– ICPR and stormwater modeling
– Bachelors degree in civil engineering/Licensed Professional Engineer
– Strong project management skills
