HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

By serving the customers in resolving tax issues and to be compliant with their taxes for their business

DUTIES PERFORMED TO SUPPORT THE DEPARTMENT’S VISION:

This position works with accounts that have high dollar business accounts that has a revoke sales tax license. Work involves written correspondence as well as telephone calls. Employee will work closely with attorneys and management and must be willing to make trips to Missouri County Court houses other that Cole County to testify in open court. Employee also has to assist customers in person in the tax assistance office.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency certificate, and
• Two or more years of customer service and leadership experience
• Intermediate Excel Skills
