This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. Attention to detail is paramount as you will be balancing multiple priorities and coordinating across multiple levels of leadership.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
– Supporting Sr.PM on creating strategy
– Developing teams program to ensure successful site launches
– Partnering with other teams to source, allocate and coordinate launch resources
– Managing and delivering results on complex projects across multiple organizations
– Gathering and analyzing data on launch performance results
– Innovating to improve processes and continuously removing cost from our launches and operation
– Work with program managers and business leaders to communicate and impact critical business initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of program or project management experience
– 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
