PepsiCo recently announced plans to enter into a business relationship with Boston Beer and FIFICO, where Boston Beer will develop and manufacture a new flavored malt beverage HARD MTN DEW and FIFICO will develop LIPTON HARD ICED TEA. As part of the business arrangement, PepsiCo has set up a new entity, Blue Cloud Distribution, Inc. (BCD) for wholesale operations of the product including selling, delivering, and merchandising the product. We are looking for talented and passionate team members to join the BCD team that will bring this exciting new product successfully to market.
As part of the Go-To-Market & Sales Field Leadership Team supporting this business collaboration you will support the sales and distribution of HARD MTN DEW, LIPTON HARD ICED TEA and future product innovation within your specific field territory including ownership of the field sales and operations to ensure market penetration of this exciting new product.
Responsibilities
- Lead operations and sales for at minimum (14) locations throughout Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Delaware
- Maximize volume and revenue in a defined geography in a direct store delivery go-to-market environment
- Coach and lead a team of sales professionals and frontline employees on selling, display execution and merchandising standards
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
- Activate local and national marketplace initiatives to build brand development and maximize brand performance
- Effectively lead overall warehouse operations through consistent product availability, warehouse productivity, inventory, asset preservation and cost reduction efforts
- Ensure the team delivers volume and revenue results while managing costs
- Ensure all employees are experts in Alcohol Regulations for the state you operate in
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Consumer packaged goods experience in a direct store delivery environment
- A minimum of 5 years of people leadership in a direct store delivery environment
- Malt Beverage, Spirits/Wine industry preferred
- Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft suite
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $98,700 – $165,150 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out Annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
