What will you be doing in your role?
- You supervise your team through meetings, weekly/bi-weekly touchpoints, quarterly conversations and annual reviews.
- You provide regular opportunity for your team to gain feedback as it relates to their performance.
- You are a servant hearted, efficient, risk taker who supports staff working with clients who want to gain and surpass self-sufficiency.
- You develop, monitor, and evaluate all program work plans, outputs, and outcomes to ensure goals are met.
- You identify and implement actions to improve goal attainment as necessary.
- You monitor program revenues and control program expenditures to ensure accountability and operation within established budget. Promote good stewardship among staff members.
- You assist in the identification and development of resources (volunteer, donor, financial) necessary to ensure successful program performance, including the preparation of proposals as necessary.
- You research and analyze client population trends and emerging needs. Evaluate and modify program responses to address identified needs in conjunction with Director.
- You complete or audit all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with funder requirements, licensing requirements, and agency quality assurance standards.
- You complete program reports that reflect goal attainment and compliance.
- You develop and implement program policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services.
Are you the next RMA Program Manager?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, International Relations, Business or a related field or a combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with the refugee population and their needs.
- Must have experience working in refugee resettlement.
- Experience in managing and coordinating activities in a service environment is strongly preferred.
- Bilingual skills in a common client language preferred.
