Position: Project Manager
Location: New Jersey, USA
Salary: Circa $75,000 to $100,000 base (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing a wide range of projects within our facilities management portfolio. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Planning, organizing, and leading project teams to ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation, while also identifying potential risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to effectively communicate project progress and manage expectations.
Evaluating project performance and providing regular updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended improvements.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Implementing best practices and continuous process improvement strategies to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the facilities management or construction industry, demonstrating successful project delivery.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues that may arise during projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software to aid in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the facilities management domain.
