A&A Execution, Transformation & Insights Manager

Work you’ll do

As an A&A Execution, Transformation & Insights Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The role includes working independently, as well as collaborating with a diverse group of talented audit and assurance professionals and Deloitte leaders. You will work across engagement teams executing specific cross-industry and cross-client work, facilitating delivery of enhanced insights and eminence for their defined areas, and driving continuous quality and transformation across the teams you serve. With a focus on quality, innovation, delivery, and execution, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage teams of professionals focused on managing engagement tasks and resources across engagements served
  • Perform data interrogation and analysis of client data
  • Set and monitor budgets, assign workloads
  • Perform quality reviews of work
  • Continuously build and develop a diverse set of skills and capabilities and comprehensive knowledge of the A&A business
  • Identify process issues and recommend solutions to address
  • Collaborate with field engagement teams as applicable
  • Serve as a coach to AETI professionals
  • Meet professional expectations, deepen industry and/or account proficiency to deliver high-quality audit services to clients
  • Continuously cultivate and expand subject matter knowledge and understand major industry innovations and trends to drive the evolution of A&A’s audit methodology
  • Leverage innovative tools and technologies, including implementation of Deloitte Way Workflows (standardization of auditing methods and techniques)
  • Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple assignments or engagements
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills necessary for collaborating with teams, in-person and virtually
  • Demonstrate an understanding of broad business and technical accounting & auditing

The Team

As an A&A Execution, Transformation & Insights Manager you will join a collaborative team culture with limited travel and a predictable work schedule. Teams are comprised of professionals with technical and/or operational expertise whose primary responsibilities are executing high-quality audits and exceptional client service.You will serve a portfolio of engagements, primarily focused on cross-client work and on industries/sectors including, but not limited to, Aerospace & Defense; Power, Utilities & Renewables; Retail; Insurance; Employee Benefit Plans; Emerging Growth Companies; and more. Professionals will provide enhanced service and knowledge through a collection of best practices to be leveraged by engagement teams, resulting in deeper insights to our clients while maintaining high audit quality.

QualificationsRequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related business field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • CPA, or equivalent, certification
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Immigration sponsorship may be available

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,440 to $180,960.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
