Job Description
Are you passionate about accessibility? Do you have experience in project management and a strong understanding of accessibility standards and assistive technologies? Logic20/20 is seeking a dedicated and motivated Accessibility Project Manager to join our team and help shape the future of accessibility.
As an Accessibility Project Manager joining our Strategy & Operations practice, you’ll own deliverables, manage day-to-day project responsibilities, and engage with diverse clients. Use your passion for accessibility, business, eagerness to learn new things, and solid work ethic to drive progress on diverse initiatives. About the Team
The Logic20/20 Strategy & Operations team brings together people, processes, and technology to help businesses achieve their goals faster. Our consultants and project managers help companies strategize, streamline operations, reengineer processes, protect customer privacy, drive cultural change, and go to market. Our solutions empower clients with strategic changes that set them apart and move them forward.
Qualifications
Must have:
- An undergraduate degree in business or technology
- 1+ years of accessibility experience: You should have a solid understanding of accessibility standards, such as WCAG, and familiarity with assistive technologies
- 2+ years of program management experience: Strong program management skills are essential to effectively oversee multiple accessibility projects
- Ability to manage daily workload and work independently: The role requires strong time management skills and the ability to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills and content writing: You should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders and create compelling content for various purposes
Preferred:
- Certification in Accessibility, such as Trusted Tester, CPACC, PCWA, or accessibility user research, will be highly valued
- 1+ years working with people with disabilities: A background in enabling gaming, accessibility industry, diversity and inclusion, inclusive design, or user research involving people with disabilities will be beneficial
- Professional experience in games or related fields: Previous experience in the gaming industry or work closely connected to games will be a significant advantage. This includes experience in game/tool development, clinical/medical work, research, hardware, journalism, content creation, community work, or NGO support

Compensation range: $60,000-$90,000 annually
