We are one of the fastest growing agencies, and we’re looking to add an Account Executive/Client Ops (PR) with an operations mindset to our team of experts.
We’re looking for an Account Executive with experience in consumer communications and project management. Candidates should have strong public relations and influencer experience. Under the supervision of an Account Director/Manager, the AE will be tasked with leading internal project(s) from inception to execution. This includes planning, execution and managing the timeline, people resources and scope of project(s). They ensure functional team alignment so that activities and deliverables are executed on time and at the highest level of quality.
This is a key role and important member of agency teams, as we continue to grow our earned media services.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Shepherding multi-disciplinary internal teams through all facets of client programs
- Responsible for all facets of projects in a lead role including but not limited to; timing, updates, routing materials, milestone development and management, timing development and updates, meeting set up, etc.
- Managing review process for client deliverables and ensuring the highest quality standards in all client deliverables, meeting brand and quality requirements
- Partnering with internal teams and key client stakeholders to identify and resolve program issues
- Diligently working to identify process improvements related to program management
- Manage external resource partners and vendors as necessary, in collaboration with the team
- Position requires exceptional oral and written communications skills, and knowledge of communications techniques and typical agency procedures in order to coordinate effective campaigns and programs
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- 2-3 years experience in an agency or working with an agency in a client environment
- Must demonstrates a strong understanding of communications disciplines, including public relations and influencer marketing
- Excellent organizational and communications skills to be able to oversee workflow management and develop/adjust standard operating procedures accordingly
- Work requires excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a variety of internal and external audiences
- Focuses efforts on achieving clear objectives aligned to agency and client strategic imperatives
- Embraces change in a fluid and agile manner; maintains an open mind and is flexible and adaptable in the face of ambiguity and change
- Creates strong and effective internal and external partnerships; listens and values the opinions of others
- Ability to run projects autonomously, collaboratively and efficiently
- Proactively seeks opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities.

Salary Range: $60,000-75,000/annually
