We are one of the fastest growing and most exciting agencies working in pharmaceutical marketing today, and we’re looking to add an Account Executive (AE) to our team of experts.

Reporting to one of our Account Managers, the AE we are looking for must have a background in integrated marketing, with an emphasis on social media and digital communications in the highly regulated pharmaceutical space.

The AE will be tasked with implementing proactive communication initiatives on behalf of clients in the healthcare space. The AE will be accountable for managing workflows and quality assurance across all accounts that he/she supports, and for applying attention-to-detail and critical thinking skills to ensure all deliverables are executed flawlessly and in line with client strategic plans and timelines.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Supporting the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing programs under the supervision of the Account Manager
  • Gathering and organizing client inputs and brand assets
  • Drafting client-facing communications and preparing materials for presentation to clients
  • Developing and reviewing MLR submissions and working with the Account leads to manage MLR review and approval process, including QA of all assets and submissions
  • Tracking activities across agency disciplines and teams, independently; and providing regular updates to internal teams
  • Facilitating team working sessions and capturing input, feedback and next steps
  • Developing work briefs, activity reports and status updates for assigned accounts
  • Supporting review process for client deliverables and ensuring work complies with brand, legal and quality requirements
  • Monitoring client/industry publications and compiling trends and analysis for distribution to internal stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising or English
  • 2+ years of experience (agency experience highly preferred)
  • Exceptional project management skills, oral and written communications, and knowledge of communications techniques and typical agency procedures
  • Working understanding of FDA landscape and MLR processes and best practices is ideal

Salary Range: $60,000-$72,000/annually
