Seeking full-time Account Executive – Hospice Sales/Marketer for our hospice office in Colorado Springs, CO
Salary: $65K- $70K
Eligible for marketing bonus plan!
The Account Executive – Hospice Sales/ Marketer is a key position within the company.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales/marketing experience preferably within home care, home health or hospice
- Willingness to participate in community events/job fairs etc. that may be outside of normal business hours
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources in the territory to promote business development.
- Demonstrated history of positive sales results, preferably involving sophisticated and meaningful customer relationships that led to outstanding results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and public relations skills.
- Ability to market effectively with customers, referral sources, and the community.
- Compliance with accepted professional standards and practices.
- Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers and ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Self-directed with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling all obligations.
- Ability to be creative and “think outside the box” and have fun doing so
- Must be willing and/or able to comply with the state/federal Covid mandates
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for increasing Medicare and Managed Care admissions for Envision Healthcare at Home
- Develop and implement both business-building and relationship-building strategies for identified high opportunity accounts within an assigned geographical territory.
- Generate appropriate patient referrals/admissions from accounts and continue to grow the number of referrals/admissions over time by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with all referral sources in the community.
- Ensuring patient satisfaction while developing business growth
- Actively establish and maintain market awareness, acceptance and branding of the company as the “Optimal Choice” for Home Health and Hospice needs throughout the territory.
- Representing Envision and its services in a competent professional and responsive manner and maintain standards of high quality customer service in compliance with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
