Overview

This position is accountable to deliver favorable revenue to budget performance for all Primary Care service lines. The Account Executive will be a self-motivated sales professional, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Responsible to take ownership of executing targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives. Able to understand the assigned territory, establish and maintain new business opportunities; develop relationships with referral sources through tactful engagement and well-executed sales presentations; partner with the operations to resolve service issues and to ensure high-quality service to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Understands primary care models, benefits, value proposition, and the specific impact on the company, the patients, and the customers.
  • Identifies, establishes, and maintains professional relationships with targeted SNF, AL, IL, Home Care and Hospice facilities/agencies to maximize business opportunities.
  • Demonstrates effective selling skills/relationship building and understand value-based care models.
  • Reviews and analyzes all available sales data in order to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds to advance relationships.
  • Achieves all revenue performance goals and objectives for the geographic area.
  • Demonstrates well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • Applies a range of problem-solving techniques to solve issues creatively to improve performance and company effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred
  • Proficient in territory planning/management, sales planning, and measurement
  • Critical thinker who understands complexity and can effectively use/sell clinical data/outcomes
  • Results-oriented mindset with mastery in the selling cycle
  • Creative thinker that knows how to drive business and gain access to accounts/targets
  • Experience in developing and managing business relationships, over time
