LIBERTY Dental Plan seeks a Sr. Account Executive to join its growing Account Management (Government) department.

Location:

**Opportunity to work Fully Remote, preferably near one of our office locations. LIBERTY offices are located in Irvine, CA, Sacramento, CA, Las Vegas, NV, Oklahoma City, OK, Tampa, FL, and Uniondale, NY.**

Position Summary:

The Sr. Account Executive will establish and maintain relationships with LIBERTY’s key clients in support of business growth and will work with senior executives to develop strategies for LIBERTY Dental in the marketplace.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Develop strategic partnerships to continuously improve client relationships and optimize the growth potential in each account.
  • Develop new business opportunities and relationships; oversee new group implementation and lead implementation meetings.
  • Prepare for and participate in broker educational events and open enrollment meetings.
  • Provide data reporting to clients.
  • Consult with clients on regulatory issues affecting plan.
  • Represent company at client, industry, or professional meetings/events.
  • Help resolve escalated group / member issues.
  • Engage regularly with clients via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate client needs and strategic direction.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with local community, governmental, and health related organizations.
  • Provide training in client and plan design to internal departments and staff.
  • Provide leadership regarding plan design, client implementation, and operations to internal departments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales and executive leadership; act as an intermediary between parties for key activities/issues.
  • Oversee contract negotiations including amendments, changes, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Lead new plan and product implementations in the market.
  • Remain up to date on local market business and regulatory changes.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Dental or Healthcare industry experience
  • 8+ years of Account Management / Client Relationship Management experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing key accounts
  • Strong understanding of Medicare /Medicaid
  • Life, Health, and/or Accident Insurance License preferred

Environment and/or Physical Factors:

The work environment includes that required for travel from driving to flying to working within an office or home site location. Anticipated travel time may vary to include an average of up to 25% of the time traveling. Work is generally performed within an office or home environment, with standard office equipment available.

LOCATION:

Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States.

COMPENSATION:

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the annual base salary for this position is $115,000 – $135,000 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
