Description

HealthComp is hiring an experienced Account Management Specialist to support the onboarding and ongoing process for new clients and provide exceptional ongoing service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert in all HealthComp products that are offered to clients, including internal processes and regulatory impacts
  • Be a subject matter expert in all benefit offerings provided by client administered by HealthComp and vendor partners
  • Work collaboratively across business functions to ensure customer needs are met
  • Follow through to resolution any outstanding items
  • Monitors on an ongoing basis internal performance to ensure clients (NWH & NWD) needs are being met
  • Maintain accurate client (NWH & NWD) records
  • Research, access and escalate to appropriate internal expert for client issue resolution
  • Work in collaboration with HealthComp’s analytic team to analyze trends in data and make benefit recommendations to NWH & NWD based on trend analysis
  • Support Account Mangers
  • Collaborate with management regarding strategies on account
  • Understand and communicate regulatory changes and impacts to clients
  • Research and resolve unique/complex claim inquiries by leveraging tools provided
  • Resolve escalated eligibility issues
  • Address service tickets received from HR Service Center from members on inquiries pertaining to benefits, eligibility, and claims
  • Participate and/or host client meetings as appropriate
  • Organize and execute open enrollment, health fairs, and employee education meetings as required

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in health insurance, employee benefits, human resources, or healthcare industry
  • Experience onboarding new clients and providing account-based service is ideal
  • Comfortable working with HR Directors and Executives
  • Clear written and verbal communication style and strong collaboration skills
