About the Role
Uber Health is expanding beyond transportation to become a one-stop shop where healthcare organizations can request any logistics care they need for their patients. We’re looking for a sharp, results-oriented Account Manager to lead revenue-generating and retention initiatives across existing customers. Account Managers manage the day to day relationship of our accounts and uncover new ways to increase revenue through expanding into new departments/locations. They identify initiatives (pilots, case studies, etc.) across their book of business where Uber Health may be a fit. Account managers also present quarterly business reviews, gather customer and product feedback, and drive product adoption.
This role is open to fully remote candidates
What You’ll Do:
– Grow and retain a book of business through account expansion, upselling and cross-selling, and building strong relationships while exceeding revenue goal
– Work cross-functionally to drive efficiencies throughout the account lifecycle
– Identify and build a pipeline of expansion opportunities within your book of business
– Derive qualitative and quantitative insights, leveraging direct customer stories, feedback and data trends
– Make informed recommendations to product, sales, marketing, and customer support on how to improve the customer experience across different types of accounts
– Seek to achieve operational excellence by iterating and improving on playbooks, internal tools and resources, and cross-functional & internal processes
– Work directly with customers to improve their experience with Uber Health, facilitating on-site business reviews periodically
– Responsible for negotiating renewals, amendments and expansions across book of business
Basic Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of B2B experience in a client facing function
– Experience working within the U.S. healthcare industry with a firm understanding of payers, providers, healthcare trends, and regulatory requirements
– Experience working against revenue driving goals
– Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills
– Proven track record of operational excellence, developing strategies to expand accounts and implementing them effectively
– Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
– Ability to problem solve, adapt, and be resourceful as we build the Account Management organization
– Extremely proactive, self-starter with strong project management and execution skills

Preferred Qualifications:
– Familiarity with and/or experience in Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, digital health, value-based care, and benefits design
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $77,000 per year – $85,750 per year.
For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $85,500 per year – $95,250 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $85,500 per year – $95,250 per year.
For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $85,500 per year – $95,250 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
